When you contact us or send a booking request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, vehicle details and the contents of your message. If you call us, we may keep a note of your name, number and booking details.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, arrange and carry out bookings, manage Maintenance Plan visits, and contact you about your appointment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
We process your information on the basis of taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you (your booking), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Booking form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) so they can be delivered to us. We may also use standard business tools (such as email) to manage bookings. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
We keep booking and enquiry information only as long as needed to manage your bookings and our business records, after which it is deleted.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
